In the old times, when Mykonos was not the popular tourist destination that is nowadays, local residents lived as farmers, shepherds and fishermen. In the places where they had their herds, they often created a small, one-room hutch in order to be protected from bad weather conditions, sun, wind or rain. They named this place a cell. This very special place, which already existed in the property was recently renovated and transformed into a modern studio. It came as natural to name it the Shepherd's Cell.
The Shepherd's Cell harmoniously embraces the rocks that already existed and spreads in an area of 20 square meters approximately. It is equipped with a wardrobe, a TV and a safety box, while it also has a small bathroom with a shower.
Outside the studio, a beautiful stone-paved courtyard under the large pergola ensures coolness and shade during the day. The visitors can enjoy the excellent view sitting on the sofa or having their meal in the open kitchen which has a sink, a small refrigerator, storage areas, a BBQ and an electric cooker. All the necessary equipment can be found on the kitchen counter (coffee maker, toaster cutlery etc). The Shepherd's Cell also has wi-fi internet and a stereo system.
In front of the Shepherd's Cell there is a large built tub from which one can enjoy the view of the Super Paradise Beach. The Shepherd's Cell is located near Villa SuperOne and next to the swimming pool of Villa SuperTwo, but at the same time Is independent. It can be used as an exclusive space for two people, but also can be the extra room that the tenants of any of the villas may require.
